Corporate Internship

Internship Process

Process 1 - Pre-departure Briefing
Senior executives from the company will personally conduct a focused briefing, providing an overview of the current state of the financial industry, key points for students to pay attention to before heading to their internship, and relevant information on future employment development and other internship-related matters.

Process 2 - Interview and Contract Signing
Our department will coordinate with the company’s schedule to collect resumes from students who are interested in participating in the internship and arrange interview times. The interview panel will consist of supervisors assigned by the internship company. This provides students with the opportunity to gain interview experience.

Process 3 - Parental Consent Form and Internship Implementation
Before the internship, students are required to submit a parental consent form, which includes details such as the internship company's location (address), accommodation and insurance information, ensuring that parents are well-informed about the internship. During the internship, our department maintains close communication with the students. If any issues arise, students can reach out to their internship advisor for assistance.

Process 4 - Final Presentation
This will be held after the completion of the internship.

Sign a contract with the internship company

After the interview and confirmation of internship acceptance, our department will sign a contract with the internship company.

The contents of the internship contract include:

  • • Internship start and end dates
  • • Salary, benefits, and company regulations to be observed
  • • Eligible internal courses that can be credited (54-80 hours equals 1 credit)
  • • Points of attention for both the internship company and the school
  • • Other details

Achievement Presentation

The objectives of the final presentation are as follows:

  • • To showcase outstanding performance during the internship (such as completing tasks, achieving goals, obtaining certifications, winning competitions, etc.), allowing students to experience a sense of accomplishment.
  • • To promote peer exchange and encouragement, fostering a positive internship culture and environment.
  • • To share the internship experience with younger students, achieving a successful transfer of knowledge and experience.
