College Student Financial Employment Public Welfare Program
I-Shou University is one of the core institutions for this program. Our department shares the same vision and continues to collaborate with the program. Some college students, due to family financial constraints, must contribute to household expenses or self-finance their tuition and living costs. As a result, they spend most of their time working part-time jobs, leading to poor academic performance. They also lack the funds to pay for certification exam registration fees or additional courses, putting them at a disadvantage in terms of employment opportunities.
In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission's initiative to strengthen corporate social responsibility and encourage the financial sector to invest in social welfare, Taiwan's Central Depository & Clearing Corporation, in collaboration with other financial institutions, has launched the "Financial Employment Public Service Program for College Students." Through this program, we aim to assist college students facing financial difficulties by providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary for stable employment in the financial industry, thus helping to improve their family’s economic situation.
